Counselor-In-Training Program
The Counselor-In-Training (CIT) Program is a 7 week program open to qualified applicants ages 14-15. CITs work with their Program Director learning leadership skills and exploring and expanding the individual gifts and talents each has to offer. CITs translate knowledge into practical experience working with the younger camper groups. The CIT Applications are available here for download.
International Counselors
Each summer, Camp Kum-Ba-Yah welcomes international counselors from around the world. In recent summers we have had international counselors from Trinidad, Germany, France, Egypt, and Kenya! International counselors are hosted by local families, and we are always seeking families willing to share their home with these special friends.
